Hearth is a pop-up restaurant from Cornish-born, Cumbrian-bred Jack Hancock. He has worked with Michelin star chefs around the country and focused on Japanese, French & British cuisines. With local, seasonal and foraged ingredients, cooking over fire & whole animal butchery at the core of his cookery, there is one thing his food must be above all else - delicious.
